Carpet Installation
Once old flooring is out, we can install fresh carpet with padding and a proper stretch-in fit.
View Carpet InstallationBefore new flooring can go in right, the old material has to come out clean. We tear out and haul away carpet, tile, vinyl, and hardwood so your subfloor is ready for what's next.
New flooring can only perform as well as the surface it's installed over, and that means old material has to come out cleanly and completely first. Leftover glue, staples, tack strips, or uneven patches from a rushed tear-out will telegraph through new carpet, laminate, or hardwood and cause problems down the line. Removal is also the point where hidden issues — water stains, soft spots, cracked subfloor — usually surface, which is exactly when you want to catch them, before new material is sitting on top and hiding the problem.
We tear out the old flooring material — carpet and padding, tile, vinyl, or hardwood — along with any tack strips, glue-down backing, or transition pieces left behind. All of it gets bagged or hauled away, so you're not left with debris piling up in the garage or driveway. Once the old material is out, we prep the subfloor for whatever comes next, whether that's a new install we're handling or one you've lined up separately.
New flooring goes down flatter and lasts longer when the old material and subfloor prep are handled properly the first time.
