Duct Sealing & Insulation
If a cleaning turns up leaky joints or missing insulation, we can seal and insulate those runs in the same visit.
View Duct SealingIf your ductwork is structurally sound but full of dust, debris, or lingering odors, a thorough cleaning can noticeably improve airflow and indoor air quality without the cost of a full replacement.
Every time your HVAC system runs, it circulates whatever is sitting inside your ducts — dust, pet dander, pollen, and debris that's built up over months or years — through every room in your house. That buildup doesn't just affect air quality; it can also restrict airflow and make your system work harder than it needs to just to maintain a comfortable temperature. Cleaning clears that buildup out at the source, and when odors or mold are a concern, a sanitizing treatment addresses what a vacuum and brush alone can't reach.
We use rotary brush equipment paired with high-powered vacuum extraction to dislodge and remove buildup from your supply and return lines, working section by section through the full system. If odors, mold, or heavy contamination are present, we follow up with a sanitizing treatment designed specifically for ductwork. Before we start, we'll also let you know if we spot anything — like damage or disconnected sections — that cleaning alone won't fix, so you're never surprised later.
You can have a brand-new filter and a well-tuned HVAC system and still circulate dust and odors through your home if the ductwork itself hasn't been cleaned in years.
